Rene was born and raised in Weslaco, Texas and came to Michigan as a migrant farm-worker. He is a founding member of the Tex-Mex musical group Los Bandits de Michigan. Rene Meave is an experienced song writer/entertainer who has been recognized by both the American Song Festival and the BMI Song Festival. Rene currently has songs signed with Sony ATV and Next Number One Publishing, both out of Nashville, Tennessee. Read more about Rene
